What is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle form of energy work that promotes physical, emotional & spiritual wellbeing. The practitioner channels universal life force energy through light touch, either on or above the body, to promote balance and harmony.
The benefits of Reiki include reduced stress, enhanced mental clarity, improved mood and energy levels, decreased pain and tension, better sleep quality, and a deepened sense of inner guidance.
A typical session will include a guided meditation or breathing exercise to settle into the space, followed by the Reiki treatment that concludes with a crystal bowl sound bath.
